How experienced is the team I’ll be working with?
The average tenure for a technician on our team is 8 years or more. Each team member goes through rigourous training before entering the field and are required to get certified in HVAC within 6-months of working for our company. We are trained. We are committed. And we’re the best at what we do.

Is this really a paid position?
Yes, our HVAC Apprenticeship is a paid position. Your hourly salary will be determined by your skills and level of experience coming into the program. Prior to coming onboard you will be given a full breakdown of salary and benefits.
What happens after the 12-week period?
At the end of the 12-week HVAC Apprenticeship program, you will receive a full performance review from your direct supervisor discussing areas where you succeeded and areas for improvement. If your overall performance was satisfactory, the hiring manager will present you with an official offer to join the company full-time as an Junior HVAC Helper.
